Breakfast was good, except the bacon. Way over cooled. The server was pleasant but, never refilled our coffee. The atmosphere was lacking a nice quiet music. You could hear every conversation in the room and kitchen.
I had the best taco salad and my husband said the shrimp basket was great. Our waitress was fantastic. Our meals were served in a short amount of time.
Food was great! But Probably because of the day and time. The service time / waiting to get your food sucked! The server was very friendly thou. I will stop here again!
Yummy breakfast!!! Delicious fresh eggs. Staff very kind and lovely! Great prices. Vegetarian options, no vegan options (that I noticed) and maybe gluten free.
I am from the Chicago area we come thru this area twice a year and never miss a chance to stop in. The food is always great, great prices and great service they get busy and how they keep up with that many people is great! Love the southern omelet, biscuits and gravy wonderful, bread I bet is homemade is all wonderful! Stopped in on Monday Memorial Day only 2 tables were filled in 5 minutes place was packed! Love this place !!
Great food, only complaint of my group was their steak was a bit chewy. Very friendly staff, one of the girls there was cute. They did allow us to bring extra breakfast home for a person who couldn't make it to the restaurant.
A small place. I had the veggie omelette and it was delicious. My wife had the pan cake and it was huuuge. The only negative was they had zero implementation of social distancing or masks. Hence I have given 4 stars . Based on my google search this looked like the only cafe in the little town.
Very nice home town style restaurant. Great service. Great food. Great prices. When in the area, I will stop there again. Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.
